Young people hate Gammel Dansk
It's well known that the younger generation aren't exactly fans of bitters and herbal liquers, unless they're drowned in Red Bull. The goal for this project was to utilise chatbot technology in order to create long-term engagement with 18-29 year olds in Denmark, and instigate brand advocacy.
The concept
Momse is designed to provide information on the best bars in Copenhagen, specifically focusing on the most important criteria in the decision making process for those within the target demographic; location, cost and smoking rules.
